HOW DO I MAKE A WOBBLE BOARD FOR IMPROVING BALANCE?
Go to a Home Depot and get a scrap piece of 2" x 4" wood about 3-4 feet long. Should cost you nothing. Wad up 2 tight balls of duct tape about the size of golf balls. Now duct tape them securely to each end of the "underside" of the board so that if you place the board on the floor it becomes a very unsteady surface to stand on. You can experiment with the size of the "wads" or use something else but you get the idea. Some people nail a length of rubber garden hose to the bottom to make it rock.
