WHAT IS THE HOLY GRAIL
► HOW TO ADAPT AND DEFEND AGAINST A CONSTANTLY CHANGING ATTACK
► HOW TO PENETRATE AND DESTROY A CONSTANTLY CHANGING DEFENSE
► HOW TO DO ALL THIS WHEN YOUR ATTACKER IS YOUNGER, BIGGER,
STRONGER AND FASTER
► CAN I DO ALL THIS IF I'M A WOMAN?
IN OTHER WORDS...
- "How do I get my strikes in?"
- "How do I keep him from getting HIS strikes in?"
- "How do I do BOTH at the same time?"
...SURVIVE AND GO HOME!
MOST self defense instruction relies on PATTERNED TECHNIQUE TRAINING. What is PATTERNED TECHNIQUE TRAINING?
"If he does THAT, then I'll do THIS--
but if he does THIS, then I'll do THAT!"
...And so THIS is the Biggest Martial Myth:
You think you can learn a "cool" move for every attack, just like in the movies or the dojo. The problem? No REAL fight looks like that! Just ask any cop or soldier--REAL violence is a big, ugly mess. Competitive Sport fighting is no better: it has RULES--life and death violence doesn't. If you had to save the life of your wife or child you'd fight a lot differently than you would in the ring.
Remember what Bruce Lee said:
"THE WAY YOU TRAIN IS THE WAY YOU FIGHT."
IF YOU TRAIN WITH PATTERNED TECHNIQUES AND SPORTIVE RULES, THEN THAT'S THE WAY YOU'LL REACT WHEN YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
So if that doesn't work, then how do you maximize whatever physical attributes you were born with? How do you unlearn the rigid, regimented techniques that essentially put you in a reactive "box," limiting what you're really capable of doing?
TRAIN UNIVERSAL MOVEMENT PRINCIPLES INSTEAD OF TECHNIQUES
You have to be able to ADAPT and IMPROVISE with REALITY-based combat (not sport fighting) if you want to SURVIVE--but no one teaches HOW to do that. You literally have to make stuff up ON THE SPOT if you want to live. Reality-Based and Close Quarters Combat may teach you deadly strikes--but not how to ADAPT them to the CONSTANTLY CHANGING CHAOS of real violence. Internal styles might, but it could take you a lifetime to learn, if ever.
So how do YOU do that?
By training to excel in the 5 Principles of Guided Chaos--Balance, Looseness, Sensitivity and Body Unity, without form, patterns or rigid techniques. The end result is what you might call "Exquisite Movement," allowing you complete "Freedom of Action" and "Combat Adaptation."
Exquisite Movement is the hallmark of all Apex Fighters and Guided Chaos is your shortcut.
In many martial arts schools you perform cool moves on cooperative, non-resisting partners, with no correlation to reality. You're taught to injure your attacker--but HOW do you do that--if he won't LET you?
► THERE'S NEVER BEEN an American-made system that combined internal power development, flow, and free-form adaptation and improvisation into a No-Holds-Barred, Reality-Based, Close Combat fighting art in the shortest time possible...Until now.
► THERE'S NEVER BEEN an easy-to-learn system that allows ORDINARY people to move in EXTRAORDINARY ways...a system of self-defense designed for EVERYONE; male, FEMALE and especially AVERAGE people--instead of just Olympic athletes...
► THERE'S NEVER BEEN a self-defense method so liberating that it taught older students how to move like people in their 20's--and have so much FUN doing it...
